  • Singapore: Standard shipping is free for orders over SGD 50. For orders under SGD 50, a flat rate of SGD 5 applies.

  • Malaysia: A flat rate of SGD 20 applies for orders below 5 kg. For bulk orders over 5 kg, please contact us to check the updated shipping rate.

  • Indonesia: A flat rate of SGD 60 applies for orders below 5 kg. For bulk orders over 5 kg, please contact us to check the updated shipping rate.

     

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as public holidays and peak periods.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Public Holidays and Delays

Our shipping partners do not deliver on public holidays. Please allow additional time for delivery during peak periods such as sales, holidays, and promotional events.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from Sacchair Pte Ltd. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

 

Returns

  • You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Insert Email Here] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at cs@sacchairstudio.com within 14 days of receipt.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, you may choose to wait for restocking, select a different item, or request a refund.

  • The cost of shipping the exchanged item will be your responsibility unless the original item was incorrect or defective.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used sugaring hair removal products or any other items that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cs@sacchairstudio.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
